The Wholesome Bubs PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the baby and mummy segment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual who can manage sales channels, optimize inventory, and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Channel Development:

Develop and grow sales across offline channels, including supermarkets, specialty stores, and modern trade outlets.

Manage online sales channels and marketplaces such as e-commerce platforms, ensuring brand visibility and performance.

Identify and onboard new sales channels to expand the brand's market presence.

  • Sales Performance Optimization:

Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and address gaps.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

Create and maintain sales forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation.

  • Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability across all channels while minimizing overstock and wastage.

Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and efficient stock distribution.

  • Marketing and Promotional Activities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

Collaborate with marketing teams or external agencies to develop content and assets for campaigns.

Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and optimize future strategies.

  • Channel Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular partner meetings to align on performance, promotions, and growth opportunities.

  • Strategic Alignment and Collaboration:

Work closely with business owners to align on brand vision, sales strategies, and market positioning.

Provide regular updates and insights to leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
