Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Channel Lead Generation Specialist with a background in the surveillance security CCTV industry. This is an in-house, Singapore-focused role responsible for identifying and qualifying channel partners, system integrators, distributors, and eCommerce merchants to expand our CCTV, networking security hardware, and cloud solutions business.


The ideal candidate must have prior experience working for a CCTV vendor and a strong understanding of the channel ecosystem, enabling them to generate and nurture leads before passing them to the appropriate channel partner or enterprise sales team.


Location: Suntec, Singapore


Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner & Distributor Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify system integrators (SIs), independent distributors, and resellers to expand the channel network.
  • Engage with eCommerce merchants who can distribute consumer-grade security products.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and prospecting activities to onboard new partners.
  • Pass qualified channel leads to the channel sales team for further engagement.

Enterprise & SMB Lead Development

  • Identify potential end-users in healthcare, education, smart factories, manufacturing, F&B, retail, and hospitality.
  • Qualify leads and pass them to the vertical sales team for further follow-up.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide basic product information before handing over to the sales team.

Sales Coordination & CRM Management

  • Maintain an updated database of prospects and channel partners in the CRM system.
  • Track lead generation activities and provide weekly sales pipeline reports.
  • Follow up on service renewals and repeat business opportunities.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Assist in organizing partner enablement programs and sales events to drive engagement.


Requirements:

  • Must have experience working for a CCTV or security solutions vendor with knowledge of channel partner development.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development in the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the channel ecosystem, including system integrators, distributors, and eCommerce partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage partners and qualify leads effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and update CRM systems.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment.
