Our Client is a 100% subsidiary company of a Japanese information and Communications Company, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle renewal sales enquiries over the hotline and email, as well as contact new and existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries.
- Generate Renewal Quotations using Excel and Business Central.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Presales, and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewals.
- Create Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for Renewal contracts.
- Follow up closely on renewal opportunities and close them on time.
- Recommend the right solution and service plans to clients to prevent them from churning their services.
- Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies.
- Source renewal quotations from respective vendors.
- Upsell multi-year renewals and managed services.
- Utilize systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
- Identify and recommend improvements to renewal administration processes.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of related working experience.
- Experienced in sales or inside sales or customer-facing roles.
- Preferably having commercial negotiation experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Preferably having forecasting experience or the ability to forecast.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and generate high-impact results measured by renewal bookings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Business Central.
- Subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures.
