We are seeking a skilled Service Crew Member to join our team in Bukit Timah, Singapore. As a key player in our front-of-house operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

  • Lead and support the service team during daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, warmth, and knowledge of the menu.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Coordinate seating, reservations, and queue management during peak hours.

  • Train and guide junior service staff on SOPs, service standards, and product knowledge.

  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the dining area and service stations.

  • Assist in cashiering duties and ensure accurate billing.
