Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Professional to deliver exceptional service and ensure seamless daily operations in our dining area.

  • Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service
  • Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system
  • Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate
  • Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner
  • Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards
  • Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
  • Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required
  • Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organized
  • Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members

Key Requirements:

  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
  • Prior F&B or customer service experience is beneficial, but training is provided
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods
