Culinary Operations Director

Leading Culinary Operations

The ideal candidate will oversee daily food service operations, ensuring high standards in quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to improve offerings, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Inventory Management and Procurement

The successful candidate will monitor and optimize inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to control costs and ensure supply chain reliability. This includes identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Team Leadership and Development

The director will lead, train, and mentor kitchen and service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality meals and experiences. This includes establishing KPIs, monitoring team performance, and driving continuous improvement.

Menu Design and Innovation

The culinary operations director will collaborate with chefs and nutritionists to design balanced, appealing menus that meet the needs of various customer profiles. This includes keeping abreast of F&B trends to refresh offerings and enhance customer engagement.

Requirements
