Job Role Overview
The job holder will be part of the team leading employee engagement and wellness functions. They will project manage and implement initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and wellness. They will also implement/manage programs designed for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage staff benefits interventions focusing on corporate social responsibility and wellbeing.
- Work closely with the cluster and team to manage wellbeing programs at national, cluster, and institution levels.
- Manage and coordinate Employee Engagement Survey (EES)/ Pulse Survey execution and partner departments on post-survey action planning.
- Support the team in driving programs and activities promoting employees' holistic wellbeing.
- Partner with the cluster to roll out cluster-wide programs/events for staff.
- Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting, and processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
