**Overview and purpose of the position**
- The Wellbeing office is a strategic outfit that serves to assess, identify and develop strategies to improve professional fulfilment and individual wellbeing. It will work with and through existing resources and levers within the institution and consolidate efforts and initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes, minimizing duplication of efforts and resources. _
- The team will work with representatives and partners in all institutions and units and (over time) establish a robust network of wellbeing advocates and practitioners as well as framework across the cluster. _
- The incumbent will support the work of the Operations Director and Chief Wellbeing Officer _
**Responsibilities**:
- _Coordinate all efforts in the office, including keeping track of progress in all institutional reps/leads and stakeholders _
- _Coordinate the works with external vendors and ensure all relevant procedures are done expediently _
- _Good-inter-personal relationship skills are important as this member will have to work with and coordinate efforts across the different stakeholders and work on the ground with various partners _
- _Having a big picture view of things is important, and the ability to multitask and communicate well and the ability to write well are important attributes _
**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- _Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in related organisations in large scale project coordination work _
- _Good organizational development skills and preferably with good knowledge of the healthcare setting, experience and familiarity is an important and useful attribute _
- _Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications _
- _People management skill would be an advantage _
- _Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines _
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc_
