**Overview and purpose of the position**
- The Wellbeing office is a strategic outfit that serves to assess, identify and develop strategies to improve professional fulfilment and individual wellbeing. It will work with and through existing resources and levers within the institution and consolidate efforts and initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes, minimizing duplication of efforts and resources. _
- The team will work with representatives and partners in all institutions and units and (over time) establish a robust network of wellbeing advocates and practitioners as well as framework across the cluster. _
- The incumbent is to oversee the operations of the WBO (noting that most of the members of the office are part-timers, the ops director has a very important role to keep the office running and ensuring it achieves its objectives. _
**Responsibilities**:
- _Works closely with and assists the Chief Wellbeing officer to oversee the strategic plans of the office. _
- _Oversee the strategic framework and keep track of progress of programmes in all the strategic fronts across the cluster. _
- _Oversee the finances of the office and take charge of all official interactions with external partners, stakeholders and vendors. _
- _Oversee the wellbeing performance matrices and BSC commits. _
- _Oversee the office communications by helping to curate communications from the office and work closely with the group and institutional communication leads. _
- _Manage and lead other projects where assigned. _
**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- _Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in related organisations in large scale project coordination work. _
- _Good organizational development skills and preferably with good knowledge of the public healthcare setting, experience and familiarity is an important and useful attribute _
- _Relevant communications experience (preferably in healthcare setting) is an advantage. _
- _Proven people management experience with excellent interpersonal and communications skills, particularly in written communications. _
- _Ability to think and work strategically. _
- _Ability to multi-task in a fast changing environment and work under tight timelines. _
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building charts, etc. _
- _Good numerical sense with analytical skills, meticulous and a strong problem-solver._
