Our organization is seeking a skilled Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the provision of exceptional support to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Execute accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, including international payroll, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting.
  • HR Operations: Provide support for onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Participate in HR cost provision reporting, providing actionable insights to inform financial planning and analysis.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions or concerns, fostering effective communication and collaboration with finance teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in E-frontier and payroll software; advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
