Business Development Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing business opportunities. This position is responsible for sourcing and tracking potential clients, as well as engaging with existing ones to build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the built environment, preferably within a consultancy firm. A background in Quantity Surveying is highly desirable.

  • Sourcing and Tracking: Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with our organization's goals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business prospects.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify areas of growth and opportunity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the business department.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Tender Process: Support the tender process and prepare presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years in the built environment.
  • Consultancy Experience: 4+ years within a consultancy firm.
  • Background: Preferable background in Quantity Surveying.
