Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. as a specialist in End User Computing (EUC). This role involves providing daily on-site desktop management and support services for end-users' computing devices used in the Customer's environment with their approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage image build and administration of desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, and other peripherals
  • Configure and harden end-user devices to ensure secure access to the network
  • Troubleshoot and resolve computer problems efficiently
  • Provide end-user briefings and awareness services on IT security best practices
  • Support multiple operating systems including Windows 7 and later versions, Apple iOS 9.x and later, and Android OS 5.x and later
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in desktop support, ICT End User Computing, or Service Desk Agent
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and perform daily operations independently
  • Possess technical skills in supporting existing and new computing devices
  • Knowledge of IT networking and LAN to troubleshoot computer problems
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) Win7/Win8, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), or CompTIA A+
