Job Title:
Talent Acquisition Expert
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Consult, advise and coach hiring managers as a trusted Talent Partner.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to improve recruitment processes continuously.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets efficiently and timely.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline via networking, university relations, job fairs and ongoing candidate engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
- Proven success in filling senior-level technical roles.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and passion for the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven with experience using recruitment metrics for decision-making.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
