We are seeking a seasoned automation expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent analytical abilities, enabling them to drive process improvements and optimize manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the global AMPS team in setting up the AMPS System and building master data.
- Configure recipes per site processes and priorities.
- Provide training to end-users on configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Lead product manufacturing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring quality and EHS compliance.
- Contribute to achieving our vision of becoming the best-in-class manufacturing site with high-quality products and safe operations.
- Deploy and utilize the IMEx 'way of working' for daily operations, problem-solving, escalations, and continuous improvement.
- Degree in Chemical/Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in process automation systems and S88 Batch Standard, preferably in Emerson DeltaV.
- Ability to proactively solve problems and develop solutions to engineering and quality scenarios.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with a proven ability to deliver against timelines.
- Knowledge of GMP procedures and requirements, including change controls, standard operating procedures, document control, etc.
- Able to deal with process change and implement new and effective processes.
