Job Title: Advanced Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Advanced Manufacturing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating coating and masking process equipment, developing related processes and applications, and collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China.

  • Operate coating and masking process equipment, develop related processes and applications.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain fixtures and troubleshoot issues in the spraying process.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience operating dispensing, coating, and spraying equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including multinational teams.
  • A degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
