Advanced Manufacturing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and organize our production team, drive efficiency, and achieve targets on capacity, yield, and cost.
About the RoleThe Senior Manufacturing Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with customers and suppliers, developing reporting systems and monitoring mechanisms, and ensuring low defect rates during mass production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microelectronics, electronic engineering, or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including factory management and setup.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and proficient in the full mass production cycle, from ramp-up to high-volume manufacturing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role, as the individual will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and organize production team to achieve targets on capacity, yield, and cost
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Develop reporting systems and monitoring mechanisms for abnormal events
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience, including at least 2 years in factory management, with proven experience in factory setup and ramp-up
- Hands-on experience in the full mass production cycle (from ramp-up to high-volume manufacturing)
