Senior Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manufacturing professional to fill a critical role within our operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining process planning, fixture and gauge design, and CNC programming. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, analytical thought processes, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process plans and designs for complex manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • Apply Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Plan and schedule manufacturing operations using ERP systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machining process planning, fixture/gauge design, and CNC programming
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information
