Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at AlwaysHired Pte Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our enterprise-level accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting, preferably with large enterprise accounts.
  • Skills: Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and establish credibility with executives.
  • Additional Requirements: Experience in strategy consulting is an advantage. A proactive, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.
