Customer Success Manager for Assessment and Succession

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team and lead the way in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expansion across accounts, leveraging your expertise and passion for customer success.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that powers performance and unlocks potential in people and businesses. You will work closely with our commercial and delivery leaders to develop and implement best practices, contribute to consistent ways of working, and drive product adoption and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and managing multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders, validating their priorities and challenges, and creating and maintaining success plans that clearly define value drivers, timelines, and measures. You will also be responsible for driving business reviews, product roadmaps, and innovations, and orchestrating internally to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
