Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct consultative sales engagements by understanding customer needs, positioning solutions effectively, and creating urgency for adoption.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain trusted, long-term business relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
    • Proactively address customer concerns and objections with confidence, providing tailored solutions.
  • Product & Solution Enablement
    • Develop a deep technical and clinical understanding of the products and effectively communicate value to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer requirements, including product demonstrations, configuration, and testing.
    • Gather and document client needs, translating them into structured feedback for product development and engineering teams.
  • Marketing & Thought Leadership
    • Work with marketing and engineering teams to develop sales collateral, product literature, and customer-facing materials.
    • Support the development of online and offline marketing initiatives, including website content and social media campaigns.
    • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to build visibility and thought leadership.
