Job Title: Logistics Attendant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced logistics attendant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate trade-show materials movements, including the transportation of equipment and supplies to and from exhibition venues.
  • Manage rental of equipment's to contractors, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
  • Ensure all equipment maintenance schedule is diligently followed up, preventing any delays or issues.
  • Maintenance of MOM recertification for equipment to be renewed without any delay/issues.
  • Operate high reach equipment & forklifts, handling and moving heavy loads with precision.
  • Assist with traffic marshalling as and when required, ensuring smooth and safe flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of air walls in the expo halls according to clients' requirements.
  • Monitor and report defects in the building, coordinating rectification/repair works with relevant stakeholders.
  • Stuffing/unstuffing of containers and manage loading/unloading docks, optimizing warehouse operations.
  • Provide briefing to contractors accessing property for event set up and tear down, ensuring they are aware of site-specific rules and regulations.
  • Check for any illegal storage in MICE areas, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
  • Liaise with Facilities team for removal/installation of lifts padding and switching on/off of hall lighting for events.
  • Supervise the cleanliness at MICE areas, working closely with Waste Management Operations team to ensure exceptional standards.
  • Assist Mail & Package Operations team with deliveries, providing additional support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No formal education required, but valid forklift driver and high reach equipment license is mandatory.
  • At least three (3) years' of working experience as Logistics Specialist in Conventions and Exhibitions industry.
