Job Title: Event Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and motivated team member to support our exhibition operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the exhibition team with daily operational tasks, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for visitors. This includes monitoring exhibit areas, supporting crowd management, and maintaining smooth visitor flow throughout the exhibition.

  • Provide basic information about exhibits when approached by visitors
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure exhibits are in working condition and report any technical issues
  • Support event logistics such as queue management, handing out materials, or activity facilitation where required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of exhibition areas
  • Share curated narratives that help visitors understand the key themes of the exhibition
  • Answer visitor questions and facilitate interactive experiences where applicable
  • Provide excellent visitor service by creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Engagement: Answer visitor questions and facilitate interactive experiences where applicable
  • Visitor Service: Provide excellent visitor service by creating a welcoming and informative atmosphere
Working Hours:

The roster will follow a 5-day work week with 2 off days mostly on weekdays. The working hours will be Monday to Thursday from 9:30am to 5:30pm and Friday to Sunday from 9:30am to 8:30pm.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $10.50 per hour.
