Job Title: Exhibition Setup Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and reliable individual to assist with the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and related equipment.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation work and be comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Prior experience in events, exhibitions, or installation is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Dismantling

Assist with the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and related equipment

  • Handle modular systems, lightboxes, counters, and tension-fabric backdrops (training provided)
  • Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient installation
  • Maintain a clean and professional workspace during setup and dismantle
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently when required
  • Comfortable with hands-on installation work
Benefits

This part-time role offers:

  • $150 per day; overtime at weekends paid at $75 per 4hr 1/2 day, $150 for full day
  • Flexible scheduling with occasional weekends during busy exhibition periods
