We are looking for a Relationship Management Executive to manage warm leads, convert them into clients, and maintain strong, long-term relationships. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responsible for understanding client needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and engagement process. This is not a cold-calling role - you will work with qualified, marketing-generated leads and focus on conversion, client satisfaction, and upselling.

Roles and responsibilities

Lead handling and conversion

  • Engage with in-bound leads via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Manage the entire lead-to-client conversion process.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Upselling and Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to maximize revenue per client.

Reporting and CRM Management

  • Update and maintain accurate client records in the CRM System.
  • Track leads, conversion rates, and client interactions.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder in any field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in B2B sales related roles.
  • Proven track record in sales; added bonus for experience in the exhibition and conference industry.
