Exhibition Operations Coordinator
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate exhibitions and events from ideation to execution. As the master coordinator, you will streamline operational processes, ensure efficiency, oversee all aspects of event operations, and play a crucial role in the execution of various events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations efficiently, understanding project objectives, requirements, and developing comprehensive event plans. They will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors, evaluate the success of events, and submit comprehensive reports.
You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Your attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to resolve issues and problems in a timely manner will be essential in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Professional Certificate or Diploma in Event Management or related field
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
