Job Description:

The key objective of the Retail Operations Director is to oversee and drive the daily operations of the store, driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. This role plays a pivotal part in achieving business goals, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

This entails managing the day-to-day store operations to ensure seamless and smooth customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive retail management expertise, with a proven track record of driving sales targets and developing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective operational plans to drive sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee engagement.
  2. Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and efficient stockroom procedures.
  3. Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  1. A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
  3. Proven expertise in sales techniques, customer service, and team leadership.
  4. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
