Key Responsibilities

  • As a Senior HR Business Partner at The Edge Partnership, you will provide strategic HR advice to assigned business divisions, partnering closely with business stakeholders on resource planning and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team on the delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

Role Requirements

  • Degree qualified with 8-10 years of HR Business Partnering experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and large organizations.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, organizational policies, processes, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and consulting skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership with high personal integrity, a self-starter who is agile, inquisitive, and keen to learn.
