The Food Services Crew Leader plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services.
This critical position requires a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively complete tasks assigned by senior management within the allocated timeframe.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations while adhering to stringent hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage duties such as stock take, administration, and employee training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by serving food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Offer personalized menu recommendations to customers, enhancing their dining experience.
- A degree in Business Studies, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts is highly desirable.
- Prior F&B experience is advantageous for career growth.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
- Strong leadership skills, enabling effective team motivation and management.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environments, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer service orientation and strong communication skills are vital.
