Healthcare Professional Opportunities

  • As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments and care planning.
  • You will perform nursing procedures, ensuring accurate documentation at all times.
  • Our team works closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be providing psycho-social support to clients and liaising with stakeholders as needed.
  • You will manage daily homecare operations, handle enquiries and rostering tasks, and be prepared to deal with emergencies.
  • Supervision and training of care staff are also part of your role, along with monitoring performance and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Quality improvement initiatives, audits, and incident management are additional areas where you will contribute to the success of our team.
  • In your absence, you may be required to deputise for the Care Manager.

This position requires a minimum Diploma/Degree in Nursing and valid SNB & BCLS certification. At least three years of experience in acute ward settings is necessary, preferably in geriatric/homecare environments. We encourage candidates who possess these qualifications to apply.
