Homecare Nursing Professional Opportunity

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nursing professional to join our Homecare Team. As a Homecare Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home setting under the Hospital at Home programme.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administering IV medication to patients in their homes
  • Providing phlebotomy, central line care, and IV cannulation services as required
  • Documenting patient procedures in electronic medical records
  • Charging and billing patients for procedures performed
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

- Valid SNB and BCLS certifications

- A minimum of 1 year of inpatient experience
