Compassionate Nursing Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to join our team in the Endoscopy Centre. As a Senior/Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centred and compassionate nursing care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will have strong initiative, agility, and perseverance in starting and building a strong culture of performance and engagement. They will be able to commit to a 5.5-day work week with staggered timing and work on-call duties when required.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
We offer shuttle bus services from Bishan and Caldecott MRT, subsided staff meals, and course sponsorship for career advancement and progression.

- Ensure that proper endoscopy and operating room techniques are performed in the assigned area.
- Assist doctor(s) during endoscopy/anaesthesia procedures and patient examinations. Ensure that appropriate documentation is done.
- Support efficient turnover of both elective and emergency procedures/operations in the assigned procedure or operating room.
- Provide safe patient care within her designated area.
- Ensure collect billing.
- Participate in the review nursing protocols, policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
