Comprehensive Homecare Nurse

A qualified Homecare Nurse is needed to provide comprehensive nursing care in the patient’s home setting. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Nursing, be registered with the relevant board, and possess at least 3 years of related experience.
The Homecare Nurse's responsibilities will include:
- Providing basic care such as vital sign checks, maintaining personal hygiene, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assessing patients’ condition and implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Performing various nursing procedures including wound dressing, blood sampling, and urinary catheter changes.
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans and alleviating symptoms as necessary.
Additional requirements for the role include:
- Administering medications under the orders of a licensed physician.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions.
To succeed in this position, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, and maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
