Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
  • Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with customers
  • Conduct out-bound calls to customers who require follow-up

Requirements
  • Diploma or Nitec in a relevant field
  • Welcome entry-level candidates - training provided
  • Previous experience in Call Centre or Customer Service an advantage
  • Able to work on weekends and perform overtime when necessary
  • Mandarin speaking required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers
  • Good bonuses payout
