Job Title: BIM Project Leadership Specialist

The role of BIM Project Leadership Specialist is pivotal to the success of our organization. We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the entire BIM process and ensure accurate and timely data delivery.

  • Develop and Implement BIM Standards : Create and manage industry best practices and organizational requirements for BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
  • Facilitate Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Train and Educate Project Teams : Provide comprehensive training and education on BIM technology and workflows to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues Promptly : Troubleshoot and resolve BIM-related issues and conflicts to minimize delays and ensure project success.
  • Develop and Maintain Comprehensive Documentation : Create and maintain detailed BIM documentation and reports to facilitate project tracking and analysis.
  • Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards : Verify compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee BIM Execution Plans : Develop and manage effective BIM execution plans for each project to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
