Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned BIM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM), strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing BIM processes across the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. They will lead the development of BIM Execution Plans, clash detection reports, and quality control plans, as well as coordinate the overall use of BIM for projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies and processes
- Lead the creation of BIM deliverables, including BIM Execution Plans and clash detection reports
- Coordinate the use of BIM for projects
- Ensure compliance with company BIM policies and standards
- Develop and maintain BIM/VDC standards and methodology
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, Architectural or Structural Engineering Construction Management
- More than 8 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, and/or coordination
- Formally trained in BIM (Specialist Diploma or BCAA or equivalent Modelling Training certification)
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Bentley Microstation, Rhino, Sketchup
- Experience in software such as Fuzor, Lumion, Adobe CC
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
