Job Title: Senior BIM Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing BIM models and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all required project drawings and BIM models, including model creation, submission documents, detailed design, coordination for clash detection, construction drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Regularly update drawings and BIM models in line with regulatory standards and project documentation protocols, following guidelines such as BCA/HDB BIM requirements.
  • Translate verbal instructions, preliminary sketches, and technical notes into accurate drawings and BIM models for construction and building works.
  • Delve high-quality BIM outputs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Prepare and submit drawings, models, and forms to relevant authorities, coordinating with them as needed under the guidance of senior technical staff.
  • Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare supporting documents such as reports, letters, and presentations for submission purposes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Architecture or equivalent with Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as BIM manager or equivalent.
