Senior BIM Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects.

The appointed candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire scope of BIM-related tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors, and vendors to guarantee compliance with project parameters and deadlines;
  • Regular meetings and progress reports to ensure adherence to the assigned schedule;
  • Collaboration with the team to meet designated BIM milestones within the master program schedule;
  • Supporting the planner in developing construction sequences (4D) and cost estimations (5D);

Qualification Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is mandatory;
  • At least five years of experience in implementing and managing CAD and 3D models for large-scale projects preferably associated with waste-water reclamation;
  • Comprehensive understanding of BIM technologies, including BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing 4D, and Cost Estimating 5D;
  • Expertise in BIM software applications is necessary.
