**Drive User Growth in India**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead user growth initiatives for our Indian market. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategic plans to boost user engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user behavior, gameplay trends, and key engagement metrics. You will work closely with our marketing team to coordinate campaign promotions and collaborate with the online marketing team to plan ad campaigns and create localized promotional materials.

To achieve success, you must effectively engage with local player communities in India, understanding their preferences, feedback, and gaming behaviors. This role requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from user data and game performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant full-time working experience in planning and executing user acquisition and engagement campaigns for a gaming product
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
