We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Aquatic Animal Health Manager to join our veterinary team at Resorts World Sentosa. As an Assistant Director, Veterinary Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the fish medicine program and ensuring the health and well-being of our marine life.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal animal health, staff safety, and guest experience.
  2. Oversee the Environmental Monitoring program, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of water, air, and soil quality across all habitats.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay up-to-date with advancements in aquatic animal health and environmental science.
  4. Serve as a spokesperson to guests and various media as required.

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in fish medicine.
  • Ability to conduct postmortem examinations and analysis to determine the cause of an animal's death.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor veterinarians, veterinary technicians, water or environmental analysts, interns, clinical attachments, etc.
