Singapore Aquatics is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to fill the role of Event Operations Executive/Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating water polo events and programs.

About the Position:
  • Collaborate with internal staff, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events.
  • Manage event logistics, including registration, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Ensure effective relationship-building with SAQ's partners and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to promote water polo events and activities.
  • Assist in maintaining communication channels with internal and external stakeholders regarding local water polo competition matters.
  • Perform customer service and handle enquiries from affiliates, teams, coaches, and participants.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Physical Education.
  • Experience in event management, preferably with a focus on water polo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
