Job Summary:This role is responsible for coordinating and administering various aspects of our organization's operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative tasks and projects
- Assist in planning and adjusting manpower scheduling
- Compile and consolidate manpower strength reports
- Answer employee inquiries regarding operations
- Prepare operations reports as needed
- Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in administrative support or operations within a fast-paced environment
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to communicate well with employees of different profiles
