We are seeking a skilled professional to drive digital transformation in HR data management. This role involves leveraging data analytics, machine learning, and visualization techniques to inform business decisions and optimize HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular data integrity reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze data flows and identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Certifications such as Workday Success Factors, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional.
- Advanced experience with HRIS platforms and large databases.
