We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Strategy and Transformation expert.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing large, multi-year data transformations with people at the heart of change. They will be able to bring to life a seamless data and analytics strategy that solves complex business challenges and enables informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing the execution of transformation programs to support clients' transition to data-driven organizations.
  • Creating data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data.
  • Leveraging data platforms and solutions to help clients visualize and understand their data.
  • Providing thought leadership on how clients can innovate with traditional or emerging technology tools.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Financial Services, preferably with consulting experience in the Big 4 or similar firms.
  • Experience in data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.
