Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide administrative support to our HR department at RICH STAR INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee personal data files, registering courses, and preparing payroll and claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personal data files
• Register employees for courses and update records accordingly
• Assist in payroll and claim preparation
• Manage daily administration, documentation, and coordination
• Liaise with external parties such as consumers, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in HR-related field and office administration or a similar role
• Good organization and planning skills
• Positive work attitude and ability to display initiative in problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and multi-task efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
