Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, transform business models, and create sustainable competitive advantage for insurers.
- Work with clients on a range of projects and topics across the insurance value-chain, including strategy development, sales force effectiveness, compliance, benchmarking, forecasting, operational model redesign, risk management, digital transformation, and customer focus.
- Create value for clients with forward-thinking solutions that help them address the operational, technical, and financial implications of changes in their business environment.
- A minimum of 12 years of work experience in the strategy consulting, with a proven track record of driving technology-enabled transformations.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, with a specific focus on general/non-life insurance.
- Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities, and business judgement.
- Team player, open and positive in a group dynamic.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with strong written and spoken English.
