Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in web operations and digital platform management, with a strong focus on project and product management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the digital platform product roadmap, managing and maintaining the Knowledge Base, coordinating with regional offices and hotels on digital platform requirements, and understanding business processes at the operational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the digital platform product roadmap for MHR.
  • Manage and maintain the Knowledge Base, including writing and updating technical documentation and user guides.
  • Coordinate with regional offices and hotels on digital platform requirements before and during deployment.
  • Understand business processes at the operational level and translate them into platform specifications.
  • Evaluate and test new and evolving technologies to ensure best technology partners in integration and development plans.
  • Proactively determine system improvements for corrective actions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good educational background, preferably degree qualified in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields. A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar web operations or digital platform role is required.

  • Meticulous, with keen eye for details to ensure all aspects of web operations are handled effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organisational skills, including time-management and multi-tasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with Sitecore CMS, Cloudflare, Google Tag Manager, Jira, Python, and R automation skills are strong advantages.
