Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional front-of-house service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate conference room bookings and arrangements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage office staff's IN and OUT couriers, documents, and letters, maintaining a high level of organization.
- Screen incoming calls, take phone messages, transfer calls to relevant parties, and arrange conference calls.
- Assist in appointment and calendar management for senior executives.
- Manage senior executive expense reports and reimbursement processes.
- Coordinate with office staff on team-wide responsibilities and events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and confidential information.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist in various projects and tasks as required.
- 4-5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services, concierge, hospitality, and aviation industries preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Highly service-oriented, a good team player, highly organized, responsive, proactive mindset, detail-oriented, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple urgent tasks.
- Works well under pressure with deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong follow-through skills.
- Highly meticulous.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters when required.
Compensation Package: Base salary plus discretionary target bonus + benefits.
