Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mass Segment Specialist at PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY SINGAPORE (PTE) LIMITED. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the go-to-market strategy for the Mass segment, working closely with Segment leadership to deploy business development programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic planning and deployment support for go-to-market plans and activities, working closely with the Segment Lead to identify business needs, co-develop actions and timelines, and align resources.
  2. Support market research to understand customer needs and define new offerings, analysing marketing research information to provide insights contributing to the development of the segment value proposition.
  3. Monitor segment performance and report on planned versus actual results, identifying opportunities to improve marketing plan effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing, Distribution, Product, Actuarial, Customer Management, and other resources to support segment and distribution needs.

Customer Lifecycle Management
  1. Implement and optimise cross-channel lifecycle campaigns to grow new customer acquisition, increase share of wallet, and retain existing customers.
  2. Partner with Analytics to use data insights and advance propensity modelling to identify opportunities within the Mass segment.
  3. With expertise in segmentation and personalisation, partner with Distribution, Marketing, and Product teams to identify customer journeys, content, and messaging for seamless experiences.
  4. Work with agencies to develop creative content supporting Mass segment campaigns.
  5. Ensure brand adherence in campaigns and communication channels.
  6. Implement, test, and track campaigns through our marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  7. Leverage campaign results to inform new programs and evaluate existing campaigns for optimisation.
  8. Apply an experimentation mindset to drive testing, learning, and optimisation, conducting A/B testing across all channels.

Project Management
  1. Develop and manage projects, including detailed plans, milestones, work breakdown structures, and task assignments to ensure timely completion and specifications.
  2. E nsure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns, identifying key stakeholders and negotiating process changes, ownership, and project impact.
  3. Design and implement communication plans to inform those affected by projects.
  4. F ollow up with assigned resources formally and informally to manage productivity, project timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Experience in translating business and customer needs to business requirements, customer journey mapping, technical assessments, organisational buy-in, launch, and ongoing management.
  • Able to work under deadlines and produce key deliverables.
  • Exposure to projects touching various technical platforms.
  • Confident in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for senior internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Data handling, reporting, and insights interpretation skills.
  • Ability to work under time pressure, prioritising tasks efficiently.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
