Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our team at MASS POWER SERVICES PTE. LTD.

About the Role

This role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless order processing, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations and process orders, including delivery follow-ups.
  • Liaise with sales personnel and customers on existing and incoming stock details.
  • Handle and track customer inquiries and orders via phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain full sets of sales documents.
  • Generate delivery orders and invoices.
  • Prepare proforma invoices and sales contracts.
  • Issue debit and credit notes.
  • Maintain consignment stock reports (if applicable).
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock comparisons.
  • Work closely with the production department on product manufacturing matters according to schedule planning.
  • Relieve absence colleagues on order processing.
  • Liaise with transportation companies for goods, sample, and document delivery.
Requirements
  • GCE O Level with 2 years of sales administration working experience.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Good coordination and planning working experience.
  • Good PC knowledge, including SAP, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work at the Penjuru Road area, with company transport picking up from Jurong East Bus Interchange.
Estimated Salary:

Singaporean Dollar SGD 35,000 - SGD 50,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
