Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Sales Team, handling sales enquiries and coordinating sales-related issues with customers and overseas offices.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely and accurate administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
  • Sales Enquiries: Handle customer inquiries, communicate, and coordinate sales-related issues.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare quotations, reports, and other sales-related documents.
  • Order Follow-up: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of sales orders.
Requirements
  • Meticulous: Meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong in administrative processes.
  • Admin Experience: Internship admin experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
  • Deadline Management: Meticulous and comfortable working with tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will have an estimated salary range of SGD 35,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for growth and development.
